Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • a handful of strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 glass fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:

  • Wash strawberries and banana. Peel a banana and cut it into small pieces. Remove the stems from strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Put fruits in a blender and mix. Then add orange juice, yogurt, oat flakes and honey.
  • Mix everything again at a lower speed. Pour into a glass. Our strawberry banana smoothie is ready.
