Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • ½ glass juice, juiced from apples (organic juice or fruits juiced with a blender)

Preparation:

  • Peel an avocado and cut an apple. Cut all ingredients into pieces. Spinach should be chopped.
  • Add freshly squeezed juice to the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a blender and mix. Our smoothie is ready.
