Ingredients for Cocoa Drink:

  • 3 ½ cups milk
  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Preparation of Cocoa Drink

  • In a bowl stir cocoa with sugar and pinch of salt.
  • Pour water into a pot, cook on medium-high heat and bring it to boil. Add slowly cocoa mixture stirring all the time.
  • Pour milk into the same pot, stir and simmer it for 2 minutes but do not bring it to boil. Cocoa drink is ready to drink. You can also set it aside to cool and drink it cold.
