Ginger lemon tea with lemon

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • fresh ginger root
  • 1 cup water
  • fresh mint (optional)

Preparation:

  • Peel ginger and slice it and squeeze lemon.
  • Place ginger slices in a cup and bring water to boil.
  • Pour ginger with boiling water, add lemon juice and honey. If you like you can also add few leaves of mint to your tea and decorate it with some lemon slices or mint.
  • Wait 2 minutes and ginger lemon tea is ready to drink.
