Cheesecake is one of the most popular cakes served in Poland. It is universal and perfectly suited to both small parties among friends and for larger occasions such as holidays, weddings or baptism parties. It is also an ideal dessert for an afternoon tea.

Traditional cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cottage cheese (minced 3 times or pre-made cheesecake)
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 1 glass powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • butter (to grease the baking mold)

Preparation:

  • Mix cheese, eggs and sugar in a stand mixer. Add instant vanilla pudding mix, raisins and lemon zest.
  • The cake tin should be greased with butter or fat. Then, put the cake dough into it.
  • Put the cake tin in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Our cheesecake is ready to be serve.
