Tarts are pies based on a crispy base that is filled with a filling. Nut tart has maple syrup, nuts and fruit filling. This sweet treat is perfect for a meeting with friends and various family events. It not only tastes good, but also looks very impressive.

  • Shortcrust pastry:
  • 0.4 pound wheat flour
  • 0.2 pound butter
  • 1.7 ounce icing sugar
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon cold water
  • Filling:
  • 1 glass walnuts
  • ½ glass pineapple
  • ½ glass maple syrup
  • 2.4 ounce brown sugar
  • 2.2 ounce 30% fat cream
  • 2.4 ounce butter, melted


  • Sift the flour and add butter to it. Add and mix powdered sugar, egg yolks and cold water. Knead everything well until the dough is made. Wrap the dough e.g. in a cling film and cool it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Grease the cake tin with butter and sprinkle it with a pinch of flour. Put the prepared dough on a baking paper. Bake the cake for about 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  • Mix butter, cream, sugar and maple syrup with a mixer. Put walnuts and pineapple on the bottom of the tart and pour the mixture on it. Bake everything in an oven set at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Our tart with nuts is ready.
