Ingredients:

Sponge cake:
4 eggs
1 glass sugar
1 glass flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1 lemon bakery emulsion
1 teaspoon vinegar
Cream:
500 ml 30% fat cream
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons gelatin, dissolved in hot water
Jelly:
2 packets strawberry jelly powder
1 pound fresh strawberries

Preparation:

Egg whites should be separated from the yolks. Add vinegar and baking powder to the yolks. Mix thoroughly. Egg whites must be beaten with sugar to form a stiff foam. Add yolks with vinegar and baking powder. Combine all ingredients.
Pour the dough onto a baking tray, lined with parchment paper. Bake the cake layers in the form of a sponge cake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Whip 30% fat cream with a mixer, adding powdered sugar to taste and gelatin, dissolved in hot water.
Assemble the layers made of sponge cake, frost them with cream and place them on a deep baking sheet.
Dissolve gelatin in water according to the recipe on the packaging and let set.
Spread the top of the cake with jelly and then put there sliced strawberries. Pour the rest of the jelly and let it set.
