Pavlova is a dessert from Australia and New Zealand. This is one of the desserts that cannot be compared with others because it is sweet and delights with added fruits. The advantage of this cake is a crispy meringue with a delicate cream, melting in your mouth. Together with our recipe, you can easily prepare it in the comfort of your own home.

fruits for decoration (strawberries, currants, blueberries, mint leaves)
4 large chicken egg whites
1 glass sugar
1 teaspoon potato flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
300 ml 30% fat heavy cream
about 0.55 pound mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Mix the egg whites with a mixer, adding a pinch of salt. Combine until a stiff foam is obtained. At the end, add sugar, spoon by spoon, until a thick mixture is created.
Then add the sifted potato flour and lemon juice.
On a paper, draw a circle with a diameter of about 20 cm and fill it with the mixture. Pour more mixture on the edges and leave a small hole in the middle.
Set the oven at 140 degrees and after a while of baking, reduce the temperature for about 80 minutes. Let it cool.
Mix the cream with mascarpone cheese until creamy, adding powdered sugar. Fill the meringue with it and decorate its top with fresh fruits. Our meringue is ready.
