  • 0.8 pound icing sugar
  • 0.3 pound almond flour
  • 0.1 pound cocoa
  • 0.45 pound chicken egg whites
  • Cream:
  • 15 ml cream
  • 0.55 pound dark chocolate
  • 0.05 pound butter

  • Mix powdered sugar thoroughly with almond flour and cocoa. Sift everything through a strainer. Proteins are beaten to stiff foam and combined with loose ingredients.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and pour out portions of dough in the shape of a confectionery sleeve. We bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • To prepare the cream, we cook the cream by pouring melted dark chocolate and butter into it. Mix to create a thick cream.
  • Put the mass on the bottom of half the cookies, covering with the second part and lightly pressing. After cooling, macaroons are ready to eat.
