Ingredients:

  • 400 ml fresh cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • 0.3 ounce leaf gelatin
  • 3.5 ounce white sugar

Preparation:

  • Soak gelatin in cold water
  • Pour cream and milk into a saucepan, pour sugar and then cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Mix often and do not let the mixture to boil.
  • Remove the saucepan from the gas and dissolve the gelatin while carefully stirring.
  • Put the mousse into a flat mold and cool for about 6 hours. Decorate it with fruit and serve. Our delicious panna cotta is ready.
