  • 2.2 pound strawberries
  • 1.3 pound white sugar
  • 70 ml lemon juice

Preparation:

  • Strawberries should be washed and have stems removed. Cut them into smaller pieces and put in a pot.
  • Strawberries should be sprinkled with sugar. Add lemon juice. Put fruits away for a few hours.
  • Next, cook the strawberries on low heat and stir frequently. After some time, reduce the heat so that the jam will cook slightly.
  • Continue cooking for about 50 minutes.
  • Put the hot jam into the jars so that they are full. Seal the lid tightly. Put the jars upside down to cool down. Our jam is ready.
