2 cups sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar/vanilla powder
2 cups milk
0.22 pound butter
Pour the ingredients into a pan and mix them together. The butter should be at room temperature.
Heat it slowly, stirring frequently. When the mixture boils, it should be cooked for about an hour. Remember to stir frequently.
When the mixture becomes thick and changes color, increase the temperature slightly. Cook until it is very thick and sticky.
Pour the mixture into a baking mold, greased with oil or butter. Leave it to cool and then, after a few hours, cut it into small pieces. Our fudges are ready.
