  • Margarine
  • A full teaspoon of baking powder
  • 5 mandarins
  • 1.5 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • A handful of raisins
  • Icing:
  • 1 banana
  • A tablespoon of cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of natural cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of rum


  • Mandarins should be peeled and cut into pieces.
  • Margarine should be whipped with sugar, add eggs. Mix the flour with baking powder and pour into the grated mass. We add raisins.
  • Put the mold in parchment paper and pour cakes. Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
