- 2 eggs
- 3.5 ounce sugar
- 9 ounce flour
- 1 bag instant yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 3.5 ounce butter
- vanilla extract
Preparation:
Fruits should be washed and then drained.
Whisk eggs with sugar for a fluffy and delicate cream. In small quantities, add flour alternately with milk. We mix the ingredients and add butter kept at room temperature, yeast and vanilla extract.
Mix everything and add forest fruit.
Put the dough into the mold and bake for 45 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
