Ingredients:

  • 0.5 pound margarine
  • 2 glasses sugar (not full)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons dark cocoa
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 2 flat teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee

Preparation:

  • Margarine should be whipped with sugar until it’s fluffy. Then add the eggs, vanilla extract and mix everything with a mixer.
  • The next step is to add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Combine everything.
  • Dissolve coffee in boiling water and add to the dough. Mix with a mixer.
  • The dough should be poured into a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Put it in the oven for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees. Our fluffy chocolate cake is ready.
