Easy Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  • 0.9 pound flour
  • 0.9 pound butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding (sugar free)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.6 pound sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 0.9 pound plums
  • powdered sugar
  • butter and breadcrumbs

Preparation:

  • All ingredients should be at room temperature. Sift flour, pudding and baking powder.
  • Wash, cut and pit the plums.
  • Cream the butter with sugar and a pinch of salt until a fluffy mass of dough is formed. Add an egg. After adding each egg, mix the dough for half a minute. Pour sifted loose ingredients into the dough. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spread a cake pan with butter and gently sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Pour the dough in the cake pan and put the plum halves on the top of the dough.
  • Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Our cake is ready.
