  • 2.5 liters of milk
  • 2.3 pound of white sugar
  • 2 vanilla sticks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ground vanilla
  • 18 yolks

  • Pour a kilo of sugar into a large pot and then pour the milk. Cut the vanilla sticks in half and add them. Cook on fire until the liquid reduces its volume by half. Should not be allowed until September.
  • Leave it to cool, then cover it and put in the fridge for about 12 hours.
  • After removing from the fridge, add yolks and eggs and then pour the cream through a sieve.
  • Prepare caramel by dissolving 100 g of sugar. Pour the bottom of the molds with it. We pour cream into the molds. Put the molds into a large mold with warm water.
  • Preheat an oven to 130 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. We check the degree of baking by sticking a wooden skewer into the middle of the cake. The skewer must be dry.
  • Put ready Crème Brulee on plates and sprinkle it with ground vanilla.
