  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs

  • 1,1 pound mascarpone cheese
  • 2 oranges
  • Icing:
  • 2 cups citrus puree juice
  • Package of vanilla pudding


  • Butter should be whipped together with sugar, add eggs and juice and lemon zest. Mix everything again.
  • Add flour and powder. We put the dough into a mold lined with parchment. We bake about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • To prepare the cream, whip the cream with mascarpone and sugar. Wash, peel and cut the oranges into oranges.
  • Cut the baked dough into two tops and fill the space with mass and oranges.
  • Mix the powder for preparing pudding with ½ glass of juice. We cook the rest of the juice and pour in the pudding. We cook lightly. Grease the cake with icing and cool for about two hours. Our citrus cake is ready.
