  • 1.5 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 12 ounce almonds
  • dark cane sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 10 ounce icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  • Chop the almonds with a spoonful of cane sugar.
  • Beat egg whites to stiff foam. Then add icing sugar to the foam and mix.
  • Add cinnamon, lemon juice and chopped almonds. Mix vigorously.
  • Sprinkle the breadboard with cane sugar and then roll out the dough to a thickness of about half a centimeter. Cut biscuits using molds.
  • We put the biscuits on a baking paper. Then we put them in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 10 minutes. Easy to make cinnamon biscuits are ready.
