Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons chocolate powder (sugar free)
  • ½ glass sugar
  • 0.3 pound flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • butter

Preparation:

  • Separate yolks from egg whites, mix with sugar until smooth.
  • Mix the sifted flour with loose chocolate and baking powder. Slowly add everything to the beaten eggs.
  • While using a mixer, whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Then add to the dough and mix.
  • Pour the dough into baking molds greased with butter.
  • Put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes. Our soufflé is ready.
