  • 2 pound cottage cheese (minced 3 times or use no-bake cheesecake dessert mix)
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 1 glass powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 0.4 pound cherries, pitted
  • 1 butter stick (to grease the mold)
  • Frosting:
  • ½ glass powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 20 ml cherry juice


  • Mix cheese, eggs and sugar in a mixer. Add the instant pudding mix and the cherries, cut into halves. Combine everything with a mixer at high speed.
  • The cake tin should be greased with butter or fat and then pour the dough in it.
  • Put the cake tin into an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes.
  • To make the icing, combine half a glass of powdered sugar, juice squeezed from half a lemon and cherry juice. Then mix the mixture until smooth. Cherry juice will give the icing the desired color.
  • Decorate the cheesecake with the icing and fresh fruits. Our cheesecake is ready to be served.
