    Ingredients for cheesecake:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar, divided
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 2⁄3 cups biscuits

    Preparation of cheesecake

  • Crush biscuit. Mix crushed biscuit, butter and ¼ cup of sugar, then put this into a baking form.
  • Next mix cream cheese and the rest of sugar in a bowl until blended. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix it precisely. Add eggs singly, mixing slowly after each addition just until blended.
  • Pour over the prepared bottom of the cake and put it into the oven.
  • Bake 1h10min or until top has golden color. Wait until it’s cooled and then run knife around the baking sheet to loosen cake. Bon appetit.
