Apples in caramel are a sweet delicacy that will satisfy both large and small gourmands. Not only is it delicious, it also looks impressive. Apples on a stick are, for example, sold in the world-famous Disneyland theme parks, resembling an attribute of Snow White. Thanks to our recipe, you will prepare this delicacy at home. It’s perfectly suited for a party for your children.

4 red apples
0.5 pound white sugar
1 tablespoon honey
50 ml water
1 teaspoon ground vanilla powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
pples should be washed and dried. Instead of apples’ stalks, put there long sticks (skewers are best suited).
Pour sugar, water, vanilla powder, cinnamon powder and honey into a pot. Mix everything and cook on medium heat. Caramel is ready when the sugar dissolves and the mixture has a slightly brown color.
Dip an apple in caramel several times until its entire surface is covered in caramel. Put ready apples, for example, on a baking sheet, smeared with oil. Keep them there and let them cool.
