    Ingredients for blueberry muffins:

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ¾ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

    Preparation of blueberry muffins:

  • Prepare oven and heat it to 200 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl mix baking powder, 1 ½ cups flour and ¾ cup sugar. In a second bowl mix milk, egg and oil, then pour it into the flour bowl and mix it again. Add blueberries.
  • Fill muffin molds with this mixture.
  • Mix vanilla extract, 1/3 cup flour, ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup butter all together with fork and sprinkle this mixed ingredients over the muffins.
  • Bake muffins until golden-brown color for about 20-25 minutes. Muffins are ready to eat.
