Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup milk
1 ¾ cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Mash bananas until soft with, for example, a fork. Mix them with vegetable oil, egg, sugar, salt and milk. Mix after adding each ingredient.
Add flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon powder. Mix thoroughly.
Line the baking sheet with parchment and then grease it with butter. Pour the mixture and bake for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Your banana bread is ready.
