If you would like to try homemade baked goods, banana bread is a perfect choice. It does not take too much time or require complicated ingredients. It has a delicate, slightly sweet interior and a crunchy crust. Our banana bread tastes great with butter, honey and dried fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 ¾ cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation:

  • Mash bananas until soft with, for example, a fork. Mix them with vegetable oil, egg, sugar, salt and milk. Mix after adding each ingredient.
  • Add flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon powder. Mix thoroughly.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment and then grease it with butter. Pour the mixture and bake for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Your banana bread is ready.
