One of the most common pie I really respect. This apple pie reminds me childhood times. That’s why it’s my favorite one. My grandma did the best apple pie I’ve ever tasted. She inspired me to share this such a delicious apple pie with other people. Especially with people who likes fruit pies. This recipe is quite fast, easy to do and tasty, so I hope you will enjoy it and also I hope it becomes one of your favorites as well.

Ingredients for apple pie:

  • 8 apples
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 recipe puff pastry
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Preparation of apple pie

  • Prepare oven and heat it to 220 degrees. Melt butter in a pot, then add flour and stir until paste form. Add water, mixed kinds of sugar and let it boil and then simmer it for not so long in reduced temperature.
  • Dice some apples. Place the bottom crust in a pan and then put diced apples. Cover top of the pie with a lattice work crust. Pour over the top with the sugar and butter mixture, but do this very slowly so that it does not run off.
  • Bake 15 in the oven and after this time decrease the temperature to 175 degrees and bake it for 35-50 minutes until apples are soft.
