Ingredients:
0.9 pound flour
1 liter frying oil
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons 18% fat cream
1.7 ounce butter
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons spirit/vodka
Preparation:
Get butter from the fridge and let it stand until soft. Mix flour with salt and butter, combine ingredients and knead.
Mix eggs and yolks with cream and sugar until homogeneous. Combine all the ingredients for the dough and leave the mixture for about an hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured board. Cut the cake into small rectangles. Cut a gash in the middle of each rectangle with a knife.
Pull one end of the piece through so it looks like a twist. That’s how angel wings are made.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and throw the angel wings, frying them for about a minute on each side until golden brown. Drain the angel wings on a disposable kitchen towel. When they cool down, sprinkle them with powdered sugar or cinnamon powder, depending on your preferences. Our delicious angel wings are ready.
